Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
• Demonstrate patience and kindness, especially when assisting seniors or individuals who may need additional guidance.
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and questions with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain and update Outlook calendars, including scheduling appointments and reserving conference rooms.
• Track trusts and other important data using Excel spreadsheets, demonstrating proficiency with formulas.
• Conduct inventory of office supplies and assist with online ordering as needed.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including assisting with project requests and tasks such as stuffing envelopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgment in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet experience.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
